A: No, only valid phone number and email address required for verification — just enter your Name, Email, and Phone.
Q: What if I don’t get the OTP email?
A: Check your spam/junk folder. If still missing, wait 60 seconds and request again. Make sure your email is valid.
Q: Can I change or cancel a bid after placing it?
A: No — bids are binding. If there’s a mistake, contact the auction admin directly, in such genuine instance we may extend bidding time to be fair for rest of bidder or may cancel the auction.
Q: Why does the timer extend when someone bids at the last second?
A: This is the anti-sniping feature — it prevents unfair last-second bidding by giving everyone a fair chance to respond.
Q: How is the winner chosen?
A: The highest valid bid at the official end time (after any anti-sniping extensions) is the winner.
Q: What happens if a bid is removed?
A: Admins may remove disqualified or invalid bids. The number of removed bids is shown under the bidders list.
Q: How do I know the final result?
A: Once the lot ends, the top valid bid is highlighted with 🏆. Winners may also be contacted via their verified email/phone.
