To give you even more peace of mind, we’re planning to introduce an optional extended warranty system — allowing you to choose 3 months, 6 months, or even 1 year of extra coverage for a small additional cost. General Policy return policy

  • Refunds are not allowed.
  • Exchanges may be made for the same product or product that’s next best in same category, and only in the case of a verified factory defect.
    • In event of exchange, if the value of your exchange is lower, we will issue a store credit / coupon for the difference, which can be used as a rebate on our website at any time.
  • Returns without the original product, packaging, or documentation will not be accepted.
  • Products must be in factory condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • (General policy doesn’t apply to laptops, desktops, tablets and phones)
Wrong Item Received
  • If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will cover return and re-shipping cost.
  • The item must be returned within 24 hours, in the same condition it was delivered, with all original packaging and documentation intact.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Products used just for testing purposes / just for temporary usage and return or purchased for compatibility checking.

Laptops, Tablets, and Phones

We aim to provide a minimum of 2 months manufacturer warranty where available.

Testing & Inspection

  • We offer a 48-hour testing period after our inspection.
  • During the testing period:
    • Returns are only accepted for factory defects.
    • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
    • Devices must not be registered or modified. They must remain in factory condition, with no user accounts, setup, or personal data added..
    • Devices must be restored to factory settings for any approved return.
  • Any previously acknowledged or resolved issues cannot be reopened for return negotiations after product acceptance.
  • Devices modified beyond factory specs (e.g. overclocking, BIOS changes) cannot be returned.
  • Inspection for factory issues may take up to 2 working days.
  • If you opt to only receive a sealed unit, you waive our testing and return support.

Extended Return Periods for Special Cases

  • Renewed Devices:
    • Clearly marked as “(Renewed)” in the product title.
    • No manufacturer warranty is provided.
    • We offer a 5-day test period after delivery.
  • Manufacturer Warranty less than 2 Months:
    • We provide a complimentary test period of 14 days.
